Longevity Lab consolidates Functional Medicine experts advice to help you learn and utilize best practices to improve your body, mind & spirit by using donation based group fitness classes that are adjustable for all fitness levels by helping you with:

1)  Fat loss with cardio exercises designed to get your heart pumping using best practices from Dr Rhonda Patrick.  All classes are for all levels of fitness since we will provide beginner level exercises and more challenging exercises for challengers.

2) Muscle mass with resistance training by using bodyweight and dumbbell exercises using insight on the importance of muscle as we age from Dr Gabrielle Lyon.  All classes are for all levels of fitness since we will provide beginner level exercises and more challenging exercises for challengers.

3) Circadian rhythm so you sleep better and are less tired during the day.  We hold classes at Dry Creek Park during the morning and evening so your eyes absorb the light and reset your internal clock using best practices from Dr Andrew Huberman

Why are we meeting at Dry Creek Park?

1) Standing barefoot or even in socks on grass or unsealed concrete rewires our body within 3 minutes according to Gary Brecka's best practices for grounding.  We will show you proof you are grounding by using a volt meter.
